I’m a real big fan of Linkedin. And I train loads of people how to use Linkedin in order to be succesful.
In this article I will collect my wishes for Linkedin, and it would be great if you add yours to the list.
I wished:
- A bit of pimping my profile, choose another colour scheme
- Add a company logo to my profile
- Create a first profile in any language you like
- Buttons to be in Dutch, really: lots of people don’t have a clue what they mean
- Applications to sync more often
- The appearance order of Current Experience to be decided by me not by the date
- On homepage decide which Group Udates Linkedin shows, some groups are more important than others
- Groups: as a group manager to send an announcement more than once a week
- To show a WordPress blogfeed in a group profile
- Invitation to connect: an extra possibility “How do you know XX? : through Twitter (Twittername/handle)
- Add a personal note when inviting from your address book
